Can I get a photo with Lola?
Yes you can! Lola is usually parked on the streets of Covent Garden and welcomes friends to take pictures around her. We ask visitors to please do not sit, lean or climb on her as these actions create scratches and dents that require trips to the car spa to repair.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! We have warehouses in the UK, USA, EU and Australia to make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Check our shipping page for delivery times to your location. Delivery details will also be provided in your confirmation email.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Can I return my product?
Yes, you can return any product for any reason within 30 days of receiving it. Just let us know you would like to return it, send it back undamaged and in its original packaging and you will receive a full refund - no questions asked.
Where is my order?
All orders are shipped with a tracking link to help you keep on eye on its journey to you. Typical shipping times for orders can be found here. If you haven’t received your link within 48 hours of ordering or are experiencing any issues with your delivery, please email us: orders@lepinkfigaro.com with your order number.
My item arrived damaged, what can I do?
If you receive a faulty/damaged item, please let us know as soon as possible! Please send a photo of the damage and the packaging your order was received to orders@lepinkfigaro.com and we’ll get a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
I love a different picture of Lola from Instagram, can I order that one?
Yes, we can create custom prints just for you. Please email us hello@lepinkfigaro.com with the picture you would like printed and we can start the process from there!
